“Since we created Ecoflor in 2007 with my wife, Carnations and Mini Carnations became our life project. I as an Agricultural Engineer and she as a Business Administrator, in less than half a hectare, we began a process of permanent work and learning about this beautiful activity, such as the cultivation and care of flowers.”
OUR PLACE
Returning to our land of origin, the department of Boyacá, we are located in the municipality of Toca, which has climatic and soil conditions that make flower production conducive. Toca is located 180 km from Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, and is characterized by being a traditionally agricultural area.
SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY
The company generates a high socio-economic impact in this area, for being a job generator and for its high commitment to society. Most of the people who work at Ecoflor are women, of which a high percentage are mothers who head their families. It is a permanent motivation to know that people are comfortable working at Ecoflor.
